Haley Jones, LPC, LMHC provides individual and group supervision for Professional Counselor Associates and Professional Marriage and Family Counselor Associates in Washington and Oregon.
My areas of focus include serving individuals dealing with eating disorders, disordered eating and exercise, OCD, gender & sexuality, working with neurodivergent clients, and those dealing with the impacts of trauma. My work is influenced by relational cultural theory, narrative therapy, EMDR therapy, and feminist therapies. I supervise associates who are working with individuals ages 12 & up.
My supervision framework utilizes the Discrimination Model, Integrated Development Model, Relational Alliance Model, and Multicultural Relational Model. My supervision style is highly relational and I will be authentic and transparent in our work together.
Azur Jafari, PhD provides individual supervision for pre-doctoral and post-doctoral candidates, trainees, and associates in Oregon and Washington. They provide supervision for those working with adults (18+).
I take a developmental and collaborative approach to supervision. I believe each clinician grows in stages, and my role is to meet you where you are. I aim to create a supportive, reflective space that balances encouragement with challenge, so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and step into your own style as a therapist.
I especially enjoy helping clinicians move through imposter syndrome, strengthen case conceptualization, build on reflexivity, and feel more grounded in treatment planning. I encourage examining the dynamics between supervisor and supervisee, noticing parallel processes, and exploring how broader systemic factors (culture, institutions, healthcare systems) ripple into the client-therapist encounter.
I also focus on professional development—supporting supervisees as they discover their strengths, grow their clinical judgment, and develop a clear sense of who they are becoming in the field. For more information on my clinical practice and the populations I serve, please visit the Providers tab.
